Andrew Gething
Andrew Gething
Andrew is the founder and investor of MorganAsh, having created the company in 2004. Andrew is a frequent industry speaker and has won several industry awards. Andrew is focused on pioneering innovations to improve the efficiency and integrity of financial services and the lives of consumers. Originally a chartered structural engineer, Andrew has led several IT start-ups and acquisitions prior to founding MorganAsh.

Jim has been in the life insurance industry for all of his career, spending many years as an actuary before moving into management. He was the managing director of General Cologne Life Re (UK) – a major re-insurance company in the UK. Prior to this, he was the general manager of Liberty Re.

Maggie Earl
Maggie Earl BSc, RN
Maggie has been MorganAsh’s operations manager for fifteen years. She is a registered nurse, with a degree in community and healthcare studies. Maggie previously worked, for five years, as a nurse manager for NHS Direct. Prior to that she worked for around twenty years in the neonatal unit of a South Manchester hospital – and has experience in many clinical fields including chest medicine and cardiothoracic surgery – including being part of a world-leading early transplant team.
