Pathways are a powerful part of the MorganAsh Resilience System, MARS. This workshop is designed to help those who will be responsible for managing a firm’s pathways (or signposting) to get the most from this highly configurable system.
Aim: To ensure that administrators of MARS understand how to review, modify and create pathways (signposting and mitigation strategies).
Audience: Customer vulnerability managers and team leaders.
Duration: This may vary; typically, these are 90-minute sessions and there could be several, depending on need.
Location: Remote, on Microsoft Teams.
Fee: Varies, subject to scope.
Topics covered include:
Reviewing MorganAsh’s standard pathway sets and selecting which to use.
Reviewing firms’ current customer vulnerability policy and implementing this within MARS.
Creating new customer vulnerability pathways and putting in place appropriate ‘triggers’.
Reviewing triggers for pathways – and adjusting for firms’ products and customer service policies.
Comparing to management information and modifying accordingly.

A solid understanding of the purpose of pathways.
To provide firms with the skills needed to build and maintain pathways.
Where required, to add and configure pathways.
