It covers how MARS works, how it uses the MARS Resilience Rating, and how to get started using MARS for the first time. The MARS Resilience Rating

This guide explains in depth how the MARS Resilience Rating works. The MARS Resilience Rating is a powerful method of more objectively defining how vulnerable or resilient a consumer is. This helps firms to evidence how they meet the FCA’s Consumer Duty regulations. The Resilience Rating assesses consumers holistically, on primary and secondary characteristics – including health, wealth, life events, financial capability, engagement capability, support network and the permanency of their vulnerability status.
