Adviser booking and consumer portal

MorganAsh’s adviser booking and consumer portal makes life far easier for advisers, streamlining the booking process.

Underwriting is often perceived as a barrier to sales which can cause problems for advisers. With our online adviser booking process, we overcome these issues:

  • Advisers can book appointments directly in real time, using the phone or online appointment booking services.

  • Consumers can select and change the time of their interview appointment – and, if they miss their appointment, receive reminders requesting them to rebook.

  • Advisers are kept informed of each step in the process, by email, including if the consumer fails to make their appointment – or changes the appointment time.

The benefits are reduced drop-offs and speedy turnaround times.

The consumer appointment portal allows consumers to review, book and change their appointment time. It also provides contact information should they wish to phone and speak with MorganAsh.

Email or text messages are sent to the consumer, to invite them to access this portal. Any problems are dealt with by our customer support team, via telephone.

Clicking onto the ‘appointment’ brings up the current appointment.

4

If the consumer wants to change this, they can, by clicking on the ‘book appointment’ tab.

5

The appointment can then be changed – they can check available slots.

6

Once the consumer has changed their appointment, they are presented with confirmation of their revised appointment time.

7

An ICS calendar file is sent to the consumer so they can store the appointment in their calendar. (An ICS – Internet Calendar Scheduling – file is a calendar file saved in a universal calendar format used by several email and calendar programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Notes and Apple Calendar.)

8

Clicking on the ‘privacy’ tab brings up the following details on data protection and privacy – should this be an issue for the consumer.
