The public's perception of protection is dented by poor claims stories. LifeSearch and MorganAsh have collaborated to produce a report with recomendations on how public perception can be improved.
How? By making those who ask us to pay the sums insured under the policies they have paid for feel so satisfied with how they were treated that they want to spread the word.
