This paper looks at how the secure sharing of data across the supply chain is the only way to provide robust evidence that the whole supply chain is acting in the best interests of Consumer Duty.
The FCA has effectively moved responsibility for identifying poor customer practice from the regulator to the industry. Firms must monitor themselves and report those in their supply chain who are not implementing Consumer Duty correctly.
