What to do if a consumer has an addiction?

It’s statistically certain that some of your customers will be affected by some form of addiction – one in ten people are, whether it’s the people themselves or someone close to them. Consumer vulnerability regulations say that you can’t ignore this – but, equally, what should you do? This webinar explores the options and obligations for those who discover that a customer is vulnerable – with an alcohol, drug or substance use addiction.
